His Grange des Rouquette red is a juicy blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache from the VDP dOc. Thierry raises it in tank, preserving the aromas that give it a pure expression. Its a medium bodied, versatile red and can be enjoyed on its own, or with a hearty, simmering cassoulet.
