Each side of the heart has what appears to be 'random' lines although when the coin is spun it spells out the words 'I Love You'. The heart hangs from a new 9ct gold chain. The charm has a number of hallmarks indicating the piece in 9ct gold and was hallmarked in London, England in 1963.
